Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed Delivery £9.99 (Only necessary if the dress will be dispatched on a Friday and you need the dress for Saturday)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged as above.
Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00.
Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item.
If you requires increased insurance i.e Special Delivery/International Signed For or an expedited service please contact us via telephone or email the above for a quote BEFORE completing your order. My Evening Dress reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling.
The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote.
Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00.
If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.
My Evening Dress reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended.

RETURNS
Any dress that hasn't been worn or washed can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Always include your invoice, or other identifying information. You do not need to contact us beforehand.

Please note that if you take advantage of our free delivery and then return the dress we will deduct £2.50 to cover the cost of the initial postage, ONLY if you chose free delivery.
Refunds are done via your original payment method, e.g. via PayPal or SagePay to your credit/debit account.
PayPal refunds should show instantly into your PayPal history and PayPal should also send an email to confirm this. Depending on your PayPal settings the funds will either stay in your account or automatically withdraw into connected bank/credit accounts, but we cannot affect this.
Banks can be slower to show refunds on statements and this can sometimes take up to 3 days (allow longer for weekends and bank holidays).
If you need your refund to be sent to a different account or via a different method then you will need to include a note with your return, so that we know to do this.
EXCHANGES
We do exchanges to other sizes, too. If possible, please contact us via email or telephone prior to sending your exchange so that we can check that we have your desired size in stock.

Please include a copy of your original invoice, if possible (or your order number), along with details of the exchange needed.
Please, also include £3 to cover the extra 1st Class postage, £6 for next day shipping. Preferrably coins (stuck to a sheet of paper), or via PayPal (myeveningdress(at)yahoo.co.uk). Due to service charges we are unable to accept cheques or postal orders.
